I do not post reviews until I have experienced all aspects of a business and a long term experience of their product. 4 years ago I traveled to Ducati Sanford to "window shop", I was greeted by Dave Pieser and Oscar Merida. No high pressure and they were very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and very excited about their product and the mystique of Ducati motorcycles. I purchased a 2021 Ducati Monster. I was extremely impressed with the bike and was already interested in purchasing another model; however, I wanted to make sure the service department was top notch. So after 4 years and many service visits for routine maintenance, I was more than satisfied. So today I purchased an incredible work of art, the 2025 Ducati Multistrada V4 RS. I previously spoke with Cody in sales also who was very knowledgeable and also had the Ducati gleam in his eyes and expressed to me how much the technicians revered the V4 RS. Ducati Sanford is a formidable motorcycle dealership, a relaxed atmosphere and a fun place to hang out and talk shop with everybody there and other very cool Ducatistas. I found that ducati of Stanford had the price lower than private sale. Which isn't usually the Case. when I headed over there. Cody, the ducati sales person was more than nice, Very Courteous, answered all my questions. If he didn't know the answer he would go find the answer. Which most people don't do.
